Duck Creek Wild Game Processing is a 5,000 sq ft facility in Spur TX. Serving hundreds of customers per year, our main business is deer. However, we have experience in processing white tail, mule deer, boar, aoudad, red stag, pere david, elk, bison, and buffalo.

Owner, Don Rude, opened Duck Creek in October 2013. An avid hunter, he was taken aback by the conditions and practices of local processing facilities. Together with the expertise of head butcher Ray, Duck Creek was built from the ground up to change the game of wild game processing.

From the moment you drop off your animal, the carcass and head are individually tagged to insure no mixed batch processing. Your animal never touches the ground and is kept hanging by our custom designed rail system which extends through all three of our pre-processed coolers/ freezers. Each animal is butchered and processed individually by our experienced staff before being hand packaged and frozen before boxing.
